Reweaving the Web: Early Attachment Repair in Craniosacral Therapy
Our earliest bonds shape how we move through life—physically, emotionally, and relationally. The way we hold tension, respond to stress, and connect with others is deeply influenced by the attachment patterns formed in infancy. Even long after childhood, these imprints live in the body, shaping posture, breath, and nervous system responses.
Craniosacral therapy offers a gentle, body-based approach to early attachment repair. By working with the nervous system’s innate capacity for healing, it helps release deep-seated patterns of tension and restore a sense of safety, connection, and presence.
In my practice, I often witness how subtle shifts in the body can lead to profound emotional and relational healing. Clients who once held patterns of hypervigilance or withdrawal begin to experience a new sense of ease—both in their bodies and in their relationships.
